Paint peeled off the walls within a month or two of living there. At the time my child was 18 months and putting the paint chips in his mouth. The super and owner said they were not obligated to fix the problem. The owner or manager Andy was cheap, cut down extermination, then cockroaches became an issue, never in my life did I EVER have cockroaches in my home. Playground was not kept up. The super John and his wife Cindy were outwardly loud and obnoxious and a nightmare to deal with. Nothing in the apartment was fixed in a timely manner, there were problems with the heat, and there were leaks underneath all the sinks, that they never fixed. Horrible place to live.
