I have been in these apartments for over one year. Although the manager is nice, she can not make a decision without talking to an invisible boss. I suffered through more than a year of them building a new senior unit with very little consideration for present residents. Don't be surprised if they start building something else and you are in the middle of a construction zone. Also they try to build in keeping a portion of your security deposit for "carpet cleaning" when you move out.
