I have lived here for almost two years now. My two bedroom apartment itself is nice and open. However, you can hear your neighbor's every move and not too mention all the construction from the surprise development of the senior living complex right outside your door. The management sends incomprehensible letters (spell check anyone') to the tenants YELLING at them in BOLD CAPITALS!!!! The contents of the correspondences range from dog poop, music in your cars, to cleaning your appliances (YOU BREAK IT.... YOU BUY IT!) or the reckless slamming of cupboard doors in your kitchen. Management, on more than one occasion, has embarrassed themselves with their lack of professionalism regarding communication...ok' and timely responses to issues within the Parkland community. Once our lease is up, begging for an $0.87 air filter will be a thing of the past.
