I love living at Parklands at Chili. Just so you know the construction is done and I don't think there are hardly any people in there, since I don't ever see anyone go in and out. These are great, clean, new apartments. With a dishwasher and washer/dryer..fantastic! I live downstairs, and yeah, there is noise, but in what apartment complex isn't there' There is no pool and all that stuff, but there is parking and its close to a few gas stations and 490 for easy access anywhere. I went to RIT and this is only 15 mins away.
Parking is fine, but my kitchen cabinets are small, but you have a pantry to make up for it.
I have a one bedroom with another person and it is definitely "cozy". I don't know if this is the best choice for roommates each looking for their own room since it would be more expensive, but there is really good quality.

Management is great in my opinion, but I don't go looking for management often.

Nice big bathrooms and closets and central air are some of my favorite features.
