Has garbage disposal in sink and a dishwasher in the island (user photo) Fancy fireplace in the corner of the living room, but I can't figure out how to turn it on

The property manager is nice enough until you get down to business and then she is nasty and will ignore you if you have a problem. I'd avoid this place if you don't want to have headaches with the service staff after you move in.
