Horrible The property manager is nice enough until you get down to business and then she is nasty and will ignore you if you have a problem. I'd avoid this place if you don't want to have headaches with the service staff after you move in.

Great place to call home Compared to other places, Parklands of Chili is a cozy, safe, well-kept, and overall great place to call home.
The apartment manager is hysterical and very relatable. When you call for service, your request is handled promptly.
