Horrible The property manager is nice enough until you get down to business and then she is nasty and will ignore you if you have a problem. I'd avoid this place if you don't want to have headaches with the service staff after you move in.

Great place to call home Compared to other places, Parklands of Chili is a cozy, safe, well-kept, and overall great place to call home.
The apartment manager is hysterical and very relatable. When you call for service, your request is handled promptly.

Positive Experience Here I lived here for 2 years and recently moved out. I liked living here. My second floor apartment was in superb condition, clean and comfortable with neutral decor. The location is convenient and Chili is a nice area. The rent is not cheap but I don t think it is

Apt. Manager is CRAZY, Evil & Bi-Polar - WARNING, Do NOT Rent Here!!! Anita, the rental manager, is so nice, sweet & helpful - UNTIL you sign the lease. Then she acts like you are dirt and stupid if you ask one little thing. This is a tactic so that she scares tenants away
