All in all, our stay in Cranberry Estates was nice. You get your usual stupid complaints and stuff but....What I really would caution people about is that you can be POSOTIVE that you will NOT get all of your security back. Me and my husband cleaned that apartment so well, I would've eaten off of the floors. When we didn't get the full security back, I questioned what the problem was and I was told that there were "cat pulls" in my window screens. When I replied that's silly as I don't own a cat the woman in the office said that it could have been a squirrel or something from outside. How that was my responsibility is beyond me but it was. A big chunk of money worth. I guess that I assumed that Bruce Tanski has enough money that he wouldn't steal mine.

This is the complete truth. For any of Clifton Court Apartment's complexes it is almost impossible to get your security deposit back. I have seen a lot of people come and go since i have lived there and none of them ever got their security back.

i also totally agree. i have seen people come and go and never get their deposits back...i know i didn't. i even wet vacuumed my apartment before i left
