I am planning to move out as soon as my lease is up. I have only stayed this long because I can't afford a nicer apartment which has washer/dryer hookups. I had problems with skunks, ants and mice!!!! The office will give me traps and tell me it is my job to get rid of them. Maintence has refused to check out the building to see how animals are getting into the building. Children are constantly playing in the road all the time and the office will do nothing about it. The same child (5 yrs. old) on my street has almost gotten hit by a car at least 5 times in the past year....not kidding you. I called the office to bring it to their attention and their response was if I was so concerned for the child's safety then I should call child services. What kind of solution is that'''!!!
