I moved to the pine ridge II apartments last year and i was ready to move out a month after i moved in!!! I never felt safe living here, my LOCKED door was opened 3 or 4 times, i always hear my neighbors screaming and fighting, i can hear my neighbors TVs all day, the walls arent insulated well at all, i can hear my neighbor who lives directly to the side of me sneeze at night (and have sex which is disgusting!!!!) there are a million kids who run around in the road who i have to avoid hitting everyday (they are always screaming while they play until around 7pm when they usually go inside), there are mice in the walls during the winter, i've seen numerous drug deals, lived here a year and only talked to one older person who lived in the area, small living room and bath room, my hot water would get cold after 12mintues so no long showers for me maintainence came and said it was fixed but it wasnt! i could feel and hear my downstairs neighbor walk around!

the only thing i liked about this place was that it was cheap ($625 utilities) has a big kitchen, good amount of cabnet space, W/D hook up and had two bedrooms, thats about it!

IT'S CHEAP FOR A REASON YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!
