I have been in Pine Ridge II for six months. The apartment was clean and roomy. I have great neighbors, a good atmosphere and when ever I have had a problem, maintenance is right there to fix it. I have had NO problems with management, nothing but positive things to say. There appears to be different sections thru out the complex. Some seem to have the majority of children, some seem to have a younger crowd and some sections are quieter than others. If you do your homework, you can see where different "sections" are. I looked around and choose an apartment where it was quieter.. more suitable for me. The washer and dryer hook up is a major bonus, considering most apartments out there don't have that option.
No.. the complex is not 5 star, but you are not paying 5 star rates. Im personally happy with the apartment, the management, the neighbors and the area. A nice place to live and affordable. Still happy with my choice six months later.
