Living at Andrea Ct/Pine Ridge II with the new office at Pine Ridge II is no different than the office being on Cemetery Road, other than the fact that on Cemetery road they know their address. The office wich issued their new flyer claiming they are new mangament, didn't know what address they are at as stated on the flyer.
Kids roam the streets unsupervised and in many cases no adults are at home, all with the office knowledge!
Vacancy rates are at an all time high, the last rent increase was $45.00 per month in the middle of a reccession and massive layoffs across the country.
Tanski, who was sued and settled out of court for violation of the American with diasbilities act, is now claiming that his apartments meet that act with this new flyer, however far from it, the apartments were not originally designed to accomodate disabaled people, size wise and therefore it's like fitting a vehicle in a garden shed. Those who signed on with Tanski got screwed twice, first he knew he was settling out of court so the more that signed the less he had to pay in fines, and second your entire life was disrupted if you lived on the first floor because of the changes he was required to make in the apartment (The District Court Order dated Jan. 2008, is advailable online).
Tanski, who is more concerned about the person on a dollar bill than his own family member could care less how bad off you are health wise, it's lets make a buck!
He has it out for any and all disabled people because of his loss to the United States Government because of his own selfishness and has no interest himself or thru his employees actions to show any difference.
