A little pricey, but overall not a bad choice

Overall not a bad place to live, rent includes heat & hotwater, however there is a rent increase EVERY year of a minimum of $20-$25. Quick to respond to any maintenance needs. I believe there is an issue with moisture/mold in the apartments but the buildings were built in the 1970's so I'm not sure if this is just natural aging. If you have a fear of spiders you will need to get over it very quickly. I am told the spiders are an issue in all of Clifton Park, but I just know that there is an abnormally high number of spiders to kill each spring/summer/fall (not unusual to kill 8 spiders on a morning before work)
