This poor reccomendation is solely because of the manager Ms. Baum at this apartment. We were moving from out of town,and offered to make several trips to look at apartment,but were not entertained. We told her several times how important sunlight was to us and that we had visiting parents so a lower level apartment would only be feasible. She assured us that the apartment she had in mind for us would suit our needs.The price for the unit is good so we went ahead and signed a lease, besides in other apartments a verbal contract was honored. When we reached Crescent Village onthe day of the move, we were given a third floor, dark and shady apartment. Our furniture and movers were waiting and we had no choice but to be stuck in this lease for a year. They will make you lose money if you break the lease. Thats when the big guys at the main office get into the picture. I would say "beware" for this place. Make sure you get them to write down on paper that your needs will be met. They really screw out of towners. And yes you have to time your hot water bath with those of your fellow residents!! if there are too many of you at one time the hot water runs out. ANd lots of spiders,imagine dark apartment lots of spiders.It was a nightmare.
