While not the ultimate worst I've ever been, its pretty darn close. Major saftey concerns, rude staff (some of them). Even the maintanence folks say the company better start putting money into the apts to upgrade them because they are falling apart. Strange rules that seem to keep changing...should I go on' They put more energy into it looking nice from the outside than they do on service to the residents. Poor excuse for snow removal. They rented me a place that reaked of pet urine after they purfume they put down faded away (which pretty much stunk too!). It took 8 weeks to get a lightbulb outside in the hall fixed! Very loud and inconsiderate naeighbors!
