When we moved in last summer, Foxwoods drew up 4-quarterly leases. In their words, "this is in case it doesn't work out, either party can end the relationship."
We had a tradedy in our family, and I was forced to move out tp care for my grandchildren, after the completion of the 2nd quarterly lease. I had given 2 months plus $100 security.
Foxwoods is now trying to sue me for the remaining 2 quarters (6 months) rent.
The staff is rude. Maintainence requests take forever. In December, it was so cold in the apartment that ice was on the INSIDE of the windows. My dishwasher never worked,
and parking is a nightmare.
There are 24 apartments in mybuilding, and there are only 3 washing machines and 3 driers available for us.
DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!
