You do not want to live here! There is no parking. After receiving a warning ticket, I have been told to park on the other side of the complex. Therefore I can walk home late at night in the very poorly lit parking lots. I have been told they do not plan on repaving the parking lines, providing more parking, or adding more lighting to make the long walk home a safe one.

In the winter, the one window and the sliding door were frozen shut from the ice that built up on the inside of the apartment. In the summer, our apartment is rampant with bugs. Our closet is filled with mold behind the water cooler. Our toilet needs to be flushed 3 times for everything to go down, and maintenance has been "unable" to fix that.

We received 3 harrassing letters about our rent not being paid in full (they believed we were paying $25 less than the rent). So we had to go down to the office, show them our lease and show them they hadn't kept accurate records about our rent amount. Of course we did this after the first notice and said we would not have to worry, we would not receive any more. We had to take time out of our busy lives and explain what our monthly rent was two more times, after receiving 2 more notices.

Overall, Foxwoods has been a big diappoinment. We will not be renewing our lease and have talked 2 differnet friends out of moving in here, after they learned of the safety (in both dangerous walkways, and lighting), mold, bugs, frozen doors and windows, toilets they do not function properly, parking, and office issues. Steer clear of Foxwoods, and if you have pets, there are plenty of rent by owner places. I have already started to check the paper, and there are alot more than I had previously thought.
