A while ago I wrote about how wonderful this apartment was and how I couldn't believe all the negative feedback, but now I have realized why everyone hates it and belive me This is the worst apartment complex!! I have had to deal with the maintenence on several occasions now because this apartment is a piece of ---- and is falling apart. The light in the parking lot has been out since we moved in a year and a half ago! I never complained because I really didn't care but I have now so maybe they will fix it I would have figured they maintained there complex. last month the fire extingishers in the laundry room were broken into 3 times. The glass was left for days broken on the floor and now the laundry room is absolutly discusting very dirty. The maintenence men now have a hang out in my building and they are allowed to smoke in there so I come home to the smell of smoke in my apartment which i am allergic too. We moved our fridge becuase something fell behind it, which is not out of the norm to happen in a household. Well the floor is so cheap that the plastic tile ripped a hole in it. Underneath it looks like there is 3 other layers of floor where the same thing had happend. I can't wait for the argument where they tell us we can't have our security back. When you take a shower it sounds like a tea kettle is going off the sliding glass door and bedroom window freeze shut in the winter no matter how high you heat is (the heat is in the celing so it takes a really long time to heat up anyways and when it does you heat the apartment above you) The windows have mold that grows on them and the bathroom has some death mold in it that won't go away no matter what you do. My neighbors have also told me these same things. The kitchen cabinets are so flimsy they are falling apart like crazy. They do not enforce pet owners to pick up dog poop, one time i walked out of my apartment and there was dog crap in the hall way almost on my door mat it took a day and a half for them to pick it up. The walls are paper thin you hear everything that goes on in every apartmnet.I could keep going on with this but with my luck they will know who wrote this and for sure take my security. Take the advice and don't subject yourself to this ---- hole!!!!!

geeee thought it was bad here at woodlake where I found a large dead rat as the dumpsters are always open, mold too and every kind of bug you could imagine, goose poop , etc.
