OK so after reading the other posts on this website I have been informed of the BLACKLIGHT test that is used to get your deposit back. I am absolutely shocked that they do such a thing. With the overpriced rent we pay every month AND the extra "PET RENT" we pay you would think they had enough of our money already to fix whatever needed fixing after we moved out. My boyfriends car was one of the cars that got broken into this past summer and they took everything possible, you would think that after an incident like that Foxwood would do something to prevent it from happening again, but nothing has been done. No security, no lights in the parking lots.. NOTHING!! Whenever I come home late at night by myself I feel very uneasy and unsafe walking through the parking lots lined with wooded areas that could have someone lurking in them at any time. I am counting the days until we can leave this place.. our lease cant end soon enough. And im sure when we try to get our deposit back Ill be back on here writing another complaint.
