For anyone not getting their security deposit back who rightfully deserves it. Contact the Clifton Park Justice Court, Small Claims Division (Small Claims Court). I did this after not recieving my security deposit back from an Apartment complex in Potsdam, NY, and the landlord pleaded no contest. The phone number is 518-371-6651.
