I wish the person who wrote the last comment about the "Great Neighborhood waited one day to write their review as for the whole complex did not have power last night. I got home about 9:30pm on 9/26/05 and the power was out to the whole complex except for the fountain in the pond and the entrance lights. I left for work at 6:30am on 9/27/05 and still no power.

Overall Foxwood Apartments is a nice place to live there are a few items that should be worked on by the main office such as getting better lighting in parking lots and repainting parking lots to have lines for parking spots!!! Some residents don't take the time to look for the faded lines that are there and make it hard to find a spot.

I had written the comment you replied to so I would like to respond.... First of all I experienced the same black out however if you remember the electric was out due to a storm in which a transformer near the complex had problems.. not foxwoods themselves.. they have no control over the power companies! Secondly from my understanding the lines have not been repainted because management felt it took away from the look of the complex, I know that there are different opinions on this topic however moving from city street parking I find no dificulties in parking... I do agree with many of the reviews that the maintenance staff sucks! I moved in mid sept. and have place 3 service calls for a screen missing from my sliding screen door.. nothing has been done! My toliet constantly clogs with no rhyme or reason to it. Once again I am not on a crusade to better the name of foxwoods but I would like to add some reality to this site.. Unless you own your own home there will always be noise you dont want to hear from a neighbor or a landscape idea you have that isnt being meet or what have you... you can not expect an apartment complex to be the same as if you had owned your own home..
