Upkeep of apartment and complex is terrible.
Mushrooms have been sprouting thru buildings wall. Let many trees and shrubs just die, with obvious disease. Still have roofing materials on the roof from a job done three years ago! Small trees growing in the gutters, never cleaned. Office staff-hope you don't have a problem! Have to a key to use the bathrooms at the pool, which is 5 bucks. I'm only here because I have a large dog!
