This was the worst possible thing I could have ever done with my money for a year of my life. I have never been so disgusted, nor have I ever received a bigger run-around for EVERYTHING while living in Foxwood! Same issues with pets as the others, same issues with plowing and shovelling as the others, same issues of security as the others. We also had a neighborhood group of teenagers climb up onto our balcony and steal items from it, and nothing was done by management. We also received a run around every month with our rent checks. Constantly being accused of being late, when if they are not going to bother to look, they should remove the drop box. We also had an issue with our security deposit and specific clauses in our lease. When we received the letter saying we were not getting any money back, I immediately contacted my lawyer, the Saratoga County Department of Housing, and the Attorney General's Office. We eventually got the entire thing refunded. I would NEVER, EVER recommend living here to anyone. Walls are paper thin, repairs are done with band-aids, your car WILL get hit by either another, or a child's bike. And count on falling down the stairs due to ice or toys blocking stairwells.
