I'm astounded at reading the negative comments about this place but I do know that it is now under new management and seems to be improving quite nicely. I love the dimly lit parking lots and the nicely wooded areas. I was upset at the cutting down of the pines over the summer while leaving the dead trees...a few which have fallen with high winds over the past few months. I love the quiet when the neighbors don't play their music loudly but it's an apartment, not a house so I expect it. So far, maintenance hasn't been bad although several things I mentioned on my move in list that were unacceptable weren't made acceptable. I probably won't get my deposit back because I have a dog that has peen on and torn up areas of the new carpeting. Otherwise, this is in much better shape than the house I lived in plus it has a pool! So, I really love it
