Changing the name to Fox Run ' Might that change any bad publicity on how the complex is managed '' maybe... New owners from N.J. may feel that raising rents 3% and charging for water and sewage on top of all utilities are looking for a fast return on their money..but be aware..they bought 12 other complexes in the neighboring area..their new property manager,and maintance managers may have their work cut out to turn this property around..although they are trying their best..my experience for 4yrs was ok..I found that some tenents are probable the cause for most of the problems management has too face and overcome, some people are just plan dirty and live like they are the only ones who live in a building, no consideration at all and think nothing of trashing up the grounds.. noise tenent above with his child running around like a play ground, too lazy to take her to a school park or play ground where there are other children..thats a problem with some tenents..they have no consideration for others living there..they think they have their own home and not consider anyone else ..management needs to limit having children on upper levels when there are tenents living below..other than the grounds needing to be picked up more frequently..found trash on the grounds for weeks, until the wind blew it away..parking was poor on weekends..need assigned parking at least 1 spot for each apt, it could be a place to consider if you enjoy that living style....flowers and plants, pools may look nice but are they really important on a daily basis..not too me..One more thing I feel having dogs allowed are great..as long as they are not the aggressive breeds..buy or rent a house if thats what you have !!
