Not great but not bad.

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006
 
We moved in recently and although we had some issues they were fixed quickly. The apartments are good sized and the grounds are nice although some people do not pick up after their dogs. The rents seem a bit high but so far it has been worth it to be in this school district. The staff was friendly and wanted to help-we felt welcome.
