My wife and I have been here since the fall of 2006. Place was clean when we moved in. We had a nosiy neighbor, complained to the office and they've been a church mouse ever since. However, many of the people here have large dogs and refuse to pick up after them. What gives'' Have some decency. Also the poeple in my complex apparently don't know how to park. They're either way crooked or taking up 2 spaces so don't expect a spot if you come home after 9-10 pm. We have water coming in from our windows and was told they were going to be replaced but didn't know when. So as it's 0 degrees right now I have frost inside the windows and must spend extra on heat. Management did fix other issues we had the day after we called them in. We're paying almost the same between rent, utilities as we did on Long Island.

Overall its ok. could be worse, could be better.
