I have lived in Fox Run since '05. I moved here from out of state and didn't know a great deal about the area. I am very happy in C.P. and Fox Run overall is a good value in my opinion. I had a few minor problems at first nothing major taken care of right away. The staff has been good overall. Keep in mind that these apartments are not new by any means but have been maintained relatively well. When my lease matured Robin, the new manager, who has been great by the way, offered to put me into a remodeled unit but the only problem was that it was more $$ and did not fit my budget. On a side note I was floored when Robin offered to feed and drop in on my pet while I was away! She definitely cares and is turning this place around. Point being they are making major improvements to the units and living experience overall. The neighbors around me are relatively quiet keeping in mind there are hundreds of people that live here. It has gotten WAY better with the pet feces problem as Robin has installed receptacles with signs and asks residents to report violators. Parking is fine and was made larger although I wish that some of my neighbors or their guests would not leave trash on the ground in the parking lot- btw, a great deal of young people live here. The only thing I would recommend to anyone that moves here or lives here is to not be completely trusting of anyone in your apartment when you aren't home. I made that mistake and it cost me although the Solomon Organization made restitution without court or even the mention of it. Live and learn right' The only major issue I am having now is the sediment that appears in the water system from time to time. I don't drink tap water without filtering it anyway, but occasionally I have had this sediment (maybe Clifton Park Water Dept.'s problem) show up in the washing machine water and ruin (yellowish tint) my white clothes. I could do my laundry off site but the problem is not consistent. On a scale from 1-10 keeping in mind location, amenities, staff, and value I give it 7.5 with progress definitely being made.
