After only living here 14 days I highly recommend NOT living here. Go somewhere else.
With our second months rent we are attaching a 3 page (and we're still writing) list of complaints. People do NOT pick up after their pets. If you are on the second floor you hear everyone going up the stairs at all hours, screaming at their kids and stomping up or down the stairs to or from their apartments. There is NOT enough parking! People do NOT observe the lease and park their extra vehicles in overflow parking. The sidewalks are cracked and broken, there is not enough lighting outside to properly see. People set their car alarms off or try fixing their cars (not allowed to do) from 11pm-3am. People have charcoal grills on the 2nd and 3rd floors and are not allowed to. We'll see how they try to fix our issues but I doubt they will.

I am a resident, and I agree with some of the things that you are saying, but you seem like a real 'stickler" for the rules,..and someone who is impossible to live with, get along with or please, when u move into a community, there is going to be noise, if thats a problem, get a house! How could they fix, 3-4 pages of your issues, when your not the only one with "issues", some issues are probably a little more important...If I were Robin, I'd be an alcoholic, or I would quit
I know some of our neighbors probably dont like us, but too bad, we do our best to be quiet, we do have kids, and yes, kids are going to be kids, but they are good kids, its not our fault these walls are paper thin...we take our dog way out into the woods, and we pick up after him still, Ive never seen anyone not pick up after their pet in our bldg, and I live in bldg 30.
I agree there could be more lighting in our hallway though, sometimes it is shut off, and i dont know how to turn it on, or who controls it. As far as grills as concerned, we were told we could have a grill, and we live on the 2nd floor, although we left ours behind at our last place, but i dont know whether or not it has to be gas or charcoal, its a fire hazard either way in my opinion,...good thing for our renters insurance!
My point is honey, Foxrun is a decent place, I like Robin, alot..Shelly is also great and so is the other adoreable blonde, goodness, cant think of her name at this time, but they have so many complaints, issues, i feel bad for them, when I first moved in, I hated the color of my tub, it was mustard yellow, I was never given the opportunity to view my actual apt before moving in because they were installing new carpet and painting, it was impossible, so all I could see was the demo. I was told that my apartment would not be as updated and as modern as the demo, but I didnt expect the dated tub/stove, etc...so when I saw it, I started to cry. i was with Shelly, who consoled me and told me with Robin's approval, they would make it right. Within 10 minutes, I had a call from Robin, with the approval for whatever I wanted done, done. I moved in on 9/15/07. I had a brand new stove (because the old one didnt work), and they had a company come in from MA to spray the tub and shower white, it looks wonderful, like a bathfitter, they had to set a date, which was done on 10/10. They wanted to make sure I was 100% comfortable and happy. I couldnt have been more pleased with how caring they were, and attentive to my feelings and needs. They are all very courtious, professional, and detailed. I try not to bother them with anything that I feel I can ignore or handle on my own. I did receive a call one day from Robin one day about some complints she was having about some noise levels coming from our apartment, but she didnt call us up every time she had an issue, she is not petty. Therefor, neither am I, I dont disturn her with non-sense b/c truthfully, after reading a lot of these reviews, I feel that there are a lot of people here who are , well to put it bluntly, bitching about anything and everything, and impossible to please. they are also forgetting this is an apartment complex community, where hundreds of families live together in a small space, and they expect 1-3 people to be able to handle every little thing and make everyone "behave"? I mean this is ridiculous...I just think people should save their complaints for when they really count, and maybe let the petty things go, and lasty, if you have an issue with a neighbor, maybe try talking to the neighbor, opposed to "tattle taling" to Robin like a school child! I think we are all adults here and we can work this out ourselves. I would much rather a neighbor knock on my door, and ask me to keep it down, turn down my TV set, let me know that the kids are jumping a little too hard, etc, opposed to getting a call from my office manager, making the situation look worse than it is...Id also have a lot more respct for that person, b/c that would be something I would certainly rather do, than bother that poor woman with another petty problem , as if she doesnt have enough to deal with! If I were her, I would need 1 of 2 things, or both...make that 3...a bottle of good aged wine, a six figue salary(to make it all worth my while) and a freagin xanax just to deal with all this mess!
PS: The cute blonde girls name in the office I couldnt remember is Tonya! LOL

hey coachguccipradafendi , your judgmental. people do go to their neighbors first, but you can not reason with a unreasonable person, that's life, when i moved in my apartment smelled like smoke, it was horrible and it was filthy. i had to clean it before moving in. Robin apologized but come on,,,,,,,not like it was the first time they rented an apartment, don't ya think that's something that shouldn't be? and a lease has rules for a reason. people should follow the rules period. if you have kids then Robin should no better and put people with kids on the bottom floor because of the paper thin walls. I know other apartments that make a rule, if yo have kids you MUST be on bottom floor no choice. common sence People. your ignorant and judgemental
