It's very clear that who ever wrote this is a staff member because first it is one of the only good comments that is posted on this site and some how you know exactly how many apartments there are (470) what did you go around door to door and count the number of apartments you freak! And you just happen to know the plowing times and the number of staff members' Maybe you smoke crack along with Robin and half of the main. crew!' And how are you supposed to move your car when they supposably plowing at 4am. Everyone is supposed to get up at 4 and move there cars' Get real! And by the time you get up your already plowed in anyways you idiot! It's very clear to me that if you say your living here and you like it your a fictional tenant.

The 2nd day after the storm and only HALF of our parking lot has been cleared, most of the side walks if they were cleared in SOME spots (by tenants) are full of snow again b/c of the plow pushing the snow over the curb onto the sidewalk. I HATE THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Anyone with common sense can figure out how many apartments there are in this place!!!! I am not a staff member and i don't know any of them that smoke crack!!!! maybe you think ur living in a different place. If u weren't such a dumb ass you would realize that if it is snowing MOVE UR CAR OR it will be plowed in!!!!!!!!!!!! They don't have time to waste trying to plow around cars that the ignorant owner should have moved. and i don't mean at 4 am.... when ever you get up and realize that OH maybe its snowing and i better move my car to a plowed spot, u idiot!! Its in ur fregin lease!!! and of ur info i do live at Fox run and have never had ur problems!! you are just a whinny, stupid, inconsiderate person who should obviously find a different place to live.. or are u one of those ppl that wont be happy any where?? be cause you have some sort of self confidence problem!!!!.. Maybe you should give them all a break, i want to see you do there job...it cant be easey!! what the hell do you do for a living or do u sit home all day and worry about what the maint staff and office staff is doing?? GET A LIFE!!!!!!!!!

You sound more like a bitter person than a realist. Mu guess is that you are just angry at three women not at the maintence managment. If the parking lot was not clear it is due to the fact that ignorant tenants do not read their leases. It is clearly stated that us tenants need to move their cars in order for the parking lots to be cleared. Maybe if fellow tenants did a little more to help out rather than sit around and complain life would be a little more pleasant. I did not find that our parking situation was a problem. My sidewalk was clear and the entire parking area in front of our building is clear. If people were to complain about parkign I inform them they need to move their cars. Our parking lot looks great since I passed on the knowledge. As far as cracked ceilings. Again common sense is required. These buildings are about 25 years old. Buildings shift and will cause some cracks.

thanks for the comments staff. Let the people speak, it's not just me it's 76 other entries that say the same exact thing!! Idoit maybe if you cared enough, you would see the overwhelming percentage of people not only hate this place but they hate it because of you!

well, i didnt write a "review", but I have responded to about 4-6 of them, and I am not showing up anonymous, I live in bldg 30...and on a scale od 1-10, I give this place an 8, and the staff a 10...no I wasnt paid, no this isnt a fake review, Im just not hard to please, I do my best to foloow the rules in the lease, and mind my business. One complaint I do have, the hard water, i hate it...but I doubt there is anything that cn be done about that, as far as the staff, just look at my other replies, and u will see why i think they are all great! yep, my truck got plowed in, b/c I didnt move it, I had to shovel ice and snow to get it out and I have an suv with 4 wheel drive and it was still stuck, i was pissed, but at the end of the day, it was my fault, b/c I slept in late as i work late at night on the computer, and it didnt get moved. For u to say that EVERYONE hates it here is silly, if that was the case, this complex would be empty, and no one would re-new their leese...so, bottom line, so far so good...I will take the time to write a full review very soon :)

Wow...these comments are no help at all for someone looking for apartments...it seems as if the person above calling people and idot and dumb ass is someone that I wouldnt want to live with! Hopefully they moved instead of continuing to complain.

I agree...these posts are not helpful at all for future residents. If you don't like a place than simply move out instead of waisting your time complaining online. If you had any guts at all you would approuch the people you are unhappy with and tell them how you really feel face to face. I can't wait to move into fox run!

u are ignorant,we did or are on the way to move out. your kinda different in a special way going and responding to reviews when you don't even live there yet.always easy to be judgmental. Go ahead and move in, no one is forcing you to read the complains others have taken the time to help and warn others so they don't make the same mistake. i hope you don't get a bottom floor as i know someone moving out by November 1st that has horrible mold and her daughter was in the hospital from it and she has dealt with it for two years while her husband is fighting for our country. she is alone and dealing with Robin not returning her calls. no one wishes anyone a bad experience and hopefully you'll be lucky and enjoy living in foxrun with the dog poop in your grass, mold in your home or doors slamming and listening to people peeing is something you enjoy. i will keep you in my prayers, as you'll need them.
