I began looking at apartments early spring of 2007, i have always had to remodel, paint, and fix something when moving into a regular apartment or other house type rental. After my lease was up in September of 2007, I really wanted something that was already beautiful, with a "fresh pallet'. if you will, a safe, friendly neighborhood, good schools and a decent middle class enviroment to raise my children in. We easily could have purchased a home, but I feel that we aree better of waiting another 2 years until our careers, credit,etc. are in a better standing. The money was/is there, so that wasn't the problem. Would we like to have more privacy, of course' Who wouldn't, but, when we decided to move to an "apartment community", Foxrun was at the top 3 of the list. I visited several other developments, and this was the best choice. Shelly showed me the demo apartment, and yes, I wished we had a little more space, I felt immediately welcomed, I also felt as though the staff would be willing to accommodate any of my needs or requests within reason.

After careful consideration of the 3 properties, Foxrun was the best value for the money, they allowed us to keep our small dog, we would have our children in Schenendahowa Schools, and we felt very welcomed, and the apartment was beautiful.

There were a few minor,and not so minor changes/upgrades that I had requested, they were approved by Robin immediately, and she made me feel that my happiness and satisfaction was very important to her. I love all of the ladies in the office.

I needed maintenance twice, and they responded immediately...

Apparantly, there were a couple of complaints that made it to robin's desk about our noise level, and a few other questions,etc...everything was cleared up immediately, and we have been fine ...I really feel that Robin is fair...and I do like it here thus far...

Unless there is a situation out of my control, the next time I move will be into my own home. I dont think I will find anther apartment that is worth the value, the safety, and the appearance. So as I stated in the title, so far, so good...we give foxrun an 8, out of 10...only b/x od the hard water and thin walls,lol.
