This is not at all what I thought it would be. At first we were happy, we were promised things, and we waited patiently. they never came into fruision. This place is JUST NOT WORTH IT! the hard water is disgusting, its so bad, it breaks your dishes,ruins your clothes, jewelry, skin and hair. There is NO WHERE TO PARK. THERE ARE LOOSE DOGS RUNNING AROUND...THE DECK AROUND THE POOL IS ROTTING OUT, THE GYM SUCKS...OH AND THE SO CALLED DEMO THEY SHOW YOU, IS THE ONLY APARTMENT THAT LOOKS LIKE THAT, A MAINTANCE MAN TOLD ME THAT THAT IS THE ONLY ONE AVAILABLE LIKE THAT, HOWEVER THEY WILL TELL YOU THEY ARE AVAILABLE FOR MORE MONEY. THEY WILL PROMISE YOU THEY WILL FIX THINGS AND NEVER DO...I HATE IT HERE, SOOOOO NOT WORTH THE MONEY, HASSLE OR ANYTHING, THEY PRACTICALLY LET ANYONE MOVE IN HERE, THERE IS A CRAZY GUY THAT LIVES HERE WHO HAS TRACK MARKS ON HIS ARM, AND PEOPLE WHO SMOKE CRACK WITH THE MAINTANCE MEN...ITS REALLY DISGUSTING. OH, AND THEY NEVER LET YOU OUT OF YOUR LEASE, SO FORGET ABOUT MOVING EVEN IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY! THERE'S EVEN A FAMILY WITH A BABY HERE THAT IS A NAVY FAMILY WHO'S APARTMENT IS SATUARTED WITH MOLD, AND ITS BEEN THAT WAY FOR 9 MONTHS! THEY HAVE PROMISED THEM THEY WILL FIX THAT ISSUE AS WELL, AND STILL HAS NOT! SOLOMAN APARTMENT MANAGEMENT DONT DO ANYTHING BUT TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN!

I also live in Fox Run and have seen the same problems. The manager doesn't care about anyone or anything. She acts as if she does to your face but also acts as if she can't wait for you to leave the office. My dog is always on a leash and I always clean up after him but because it's so dark around here at night, I've come back to my apartment with poop on my shoes. Pit bulls are supposedly not allowed but there is one in Bldg 2 and according to neighbors who have complained about this dog because it is vicious, nothing seems to be done about it. The people that own this dog don't seem to care about the way the dog acts either. I have also witnessed them dropping trash out of their car and when saying something to them about it, they told me to F#@K off! Yep, they'll pretty much let anyone live here!

I have lived in Foxwoods for 3 years now.. my apartment is rehabbed petty close to the model apartment ...pergo floors in dining room and kitchen. new cabinets (white) in kitchen and bathroom. When we took the upgrade they told us if we wanted to add the 6 panel doors it would cost $36 a door a month! I said keep them! By your describtion I believe I know which building you are in ...we are close by! The dogs off lead has become crazy! One dog in particular dosen't listen to his owner and comes to my dogs starting fights while my dogs are on lead. Yesterday i say maintance spraying a chemical on the exterior mold.. which is dangerous releasing mold spore that are toxic. The health bored can be contacted however... if you want an inspection to prove the mold is toxic (ie. black mold) you would have to pay out of pocket! I have heard of people being released from leases due to health issues from the mold. THe Navy family you mentioned can be tested for allergies to mold (if they are ) which 90% of americans are ... they have a valid health reason to break their lease.THe hard water is difficult to deal with for your dishes we found this amazing product called lemi shine at Walmart (near dish detergent) it prevents the white residue build up... I know not much comfort but it does releave you from rewashing your dishes that went through the dish washer! Side complaint people need to start controlling their children ... screaming in the parking lot, throwing rocks at each other,(near vehicles), leaving garbage everywhere, and running in a parking lot as majority of people are arriving home from work is extremely dangerous... Parents I do not want to accidently run over your child as I pull in because your 5 years old is unsupervised and playing in the road/ parking lot!!!! Please watch your children a 7 yr cannot do the job! Sorry for the rambling....
