I've watched this kid who works here walking around every morning and I assume is supposed to be picking up trash. They need to either get this guy glasses or sit him down and tell him that he's getting paid to do the job not walk around smoking cigarettes. This guy wouldn't see garbage in front of him unless he was bit by it.
Reality check, jobs are hard to find these days and you'd think he'd be more concerned as would management with the amount of apartments I've seen vacant these days.
If Solomon were smart, they'd drop the rates so that people could afford to stay when it's so bad out there, instead or raising them. I'm leaving because I found a bigger place for $150 less.

We having been living in foxwoods for 3 years now, we orginally moved in as Solomon was closing the deal with DCG. We have seen the place go from bad to worse. THe rent is insane! Particulary because of the class of people that have moved in here, in order to fill vacant apartments they allow low class people in and allow pits, shepards, and other restrict dogs. I personally have no issues with pits, and any breed that has been restricted... the issue I take is Foxwoods Management picks and chooses which rules of the lease they want to follow. This is unfair to those of us that keep our pets on a 6ft lead, pick up their mess, and take care of our common areas of our buildings. Recently I have seen a new guy on maintance walking around picking up garbarge... instead of enforcing rules they find it easier to hire someone (even when they are aware of WHO the mess makers are)

So, just do what you're suppose to and mind your buisness, it's easier that way...what do you consider low class? The price is ideal for people who want to live in a nice place and can't afford 1,000 a month

i totally agree , they will let anyone move in and Robin is so two faced, She told my neighbor that she wrote a letter to me and she told me that she wrote a letter to my neighbor and she didn't do either as me and the neighbor finally confronted each other on our issues and we couldn't believe how two faced Robin was. she told both of us that she agreed with us and lied to us and said she was talking to the other neighbor. it was unbelievable. me and the neighbor worked things out in the end with the noise level but we never received a letter from Robin, like she told both of us she did.....so unprofessional

LOL I really do love this site.... you can get so many laughs out of it.... People people if you have a problem lets all write it on the internet instead of trying to find or work out a solution.... Just so much moaning and groaning "wah" so whats next? I am very excited to know... I have had minor issues that were all resolved because I went to the office and they took care of it..... If they get backed up I dont say mean malicious things to make myself feel better..... I went on this site and read things before I moved here and still gave it a shot if it was bad then my mistake but since its been a good experience I ll stay :) Many thanks to the girls in the office for listening to me and helping through my diffiult times.... Robin many thanks to you :)

Another twit. Great. Let's see Fox Run got a bad review from you because you cannot afford the rent and you want the rules enforced more strictly. Even though someone has a pittbull that has not bothered you or bit you or anything you just want the rules enforced? Then you will sleep better? Get over yourself.
Keeping the peace 101. Tell each side what they want to hear and pray they work it out among themselves like big girls.
But, you go on and be pissy about letters that you wanted sent out. You need to move out of Fox Run and then and only then will it be a better place.
