It's so easy to sit here and make comments to something that you don't have to put your name to. I hate these internet message boards for that exact reason. If you live there and you hate it so much cause the rent is so high, your neighbors are "low class", the management won't fix anything ..... THEN MOVE OUT! Why sit here on the internet and say things you have no intentions to say to Robin yourself cause your spineless' I've never had a problem with the management and when I bring things to their attention they get taken care of. I think it's just your approach and how you think the world should revolve around you. Wake up and smell the coffee, you live in an apartment complex that was built almost 30 years ago. There are going to be routine "fit it's" and face it you're never going to like all of the people that live there. I say GREAT JOB to Robin and Tanya and you should all grow up!

Please, this sounds like ROBIN OR TANYA herself! Why should we put our name to it? so we can be harrassed? Perhaps you have forgotten the 1st ammendment my dear, FREEDOM OF SPEACH, and thank GOD for these boards, to let people know EXACTLY what is going on here with these apartments at foxrun apartments in clifton park ny... I know this may be a BIG SHOCK TO YOU, but the internet is a place for people to connect worldwide to share information, hence, REVIEWS! I would LOVE to move out, but there's that 30 page paper packet called a LEASE, that wont allow you to until your move out date.And believe me, I cannot wait! After reading the reviews here, where attorneys have looked at it, why would I move out so they can and WILL and have been KNOWN to come after the tenant for the balance of the rent for the remainder of the duration of their lease? Why get stuck paying for an apartment that I wouldnt be living in? Thats why we dont "MOVE OUT", as you so delicately stated. AND Spineless? AGAIN-->please, it sounds like we hit a nerve in YOUR spine, and obviously , you are taking this wayyy to personal, confirming the obvious, that you are infact ROBIN or TANYA, but I'd put my money on ROBIN. Instead of sitting on your behind ROBIN, and just mailing out rent notices,and chit chatting on the phone all day, why dont you actually get some things done around here, and actually approve, allow, or send out the work orders to GET SOME THINGS FIXED!???And when a tenant complains about PITBULLS, ROTWEILLERS,GERMAN SHEPARDS, BULL MASTIFFS, ETC. that are NOT supposed to be here in the 1st place, DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT! AND THERE ARE PLENTY OF DOGS OVER 20 LBS THAT WERE NOT HERE FOR MORE THAN 2 YEARS! For Pete's sake, one of the maintance men that LIVE HERE has a PITBULL puppy, and you mean to tell me he's had that dog for more than 2-3 years? Yeah, ok...NICE TRY!DO YOUR DAMN JOB! I'm sorry,...did you mean to say "Routine Fix It's"...um well yeah, if you actually HAD maintanence fix things rather than "look at the problem"...10 days after the call placed to the office, then you could call them "routine fix it's". But you don't. Of course you would think your doing a great job...BECAUSE YOU'RE TALKING ABOUT YOURSELF, AND THE TENANTS KISS YOUR BEHIND OUT OF FEAR! TRUTH IS, YOUR NOT EVEN HERE HALF THE TIME! YOUR OFF TO "MANAGE" OTHER RENTAL PROPERTIES. yeah, "manage", that's a JOKE. Maybe someone should make some flyers and print them out and post them on the mailboxes for the tenants to be aware of this website and review board, so they too can read the reviews and post one if they like, as I'm sure only 1% of the community even knows it exists. Then after you read oh, maybe 100 more updated reviews, maybe you will realize that you are the one who needs to "wake up and smell the coffee". You have the nerve and odasity to chasitize these hardworking folks for sharing their opinions, feelings and frustrations due to unforseen dissappointments they have incurred here, and then insult their maturity level on top of it all. Yeah, "GREAT JOB ROBIN AND TANYA!" MY FOOT! I will leave TANYA out of this as she has nothing to do with this at all, and is very sweet, however, ROBIN, you are the one who is pretending to be a resident, and then praising yourself, and you seem so nice and helpful upon move in, and then you leave everyone hanging when they need something. YOU DO NOT DO A GREAT JOB. And you act like the Queen of Clifton Park when someone comes into the office, LOL, please...your a property manager for crying out loud! The reason no one says anything to your face is because they know how crazy and vindictive you are! You always react on emotion! You look at people in a very demeaning way, like you are better than everyone! So why would a hard working individual risk being screwed with by you for speaking their mind and personal opinion? Thats NOT whats important,whats important, is there are dozens of reviews here, all stating facts and opinions of people who live here and who have lived here and they are simply sharing their experience, and some are claiming that YOU ARE NOT DOING YOUR JOB, AND WE AS TENANTS AND PEOPLE ARE NOT HAPPY. FYI!!! We have that right!!!if you don't like it, than GET A DIFFERNT JOB, OR DONT READ THE BOARD! We are sick of the over priced,crap hole we have to live in, and we are stuck here with a manager who cannot and will not listen to us! We all try to bring this to your attention, and it is never resolved, hence, we are here letting others know our experience. Going off on you will get us no where, that doesnt make us 'spineless',I believe that makes us 'smarter than you'. We know that will get us nowhere but EVICTED and we will be hunting for a place to live because we expressed our opinion that you are incompitant of doing your job. Not only will I be letting the community know about this board, I will also inform Soloman Apartment Corporation of your inadequecies as well, and also direct them to this online forum. Perhaps,then we will get the service, treatment and results that we not only pay for, but that we deserve!

I think, as was my experience at Fox Run, these people have complained and tried to move out but can't. That's why they all say "the lease is air-tight and you can't get out of it," because they tried. And I don't think there is anything wrong with posting anonymously, people should be able to express their feelings without fear of being judged or treated unfairly by the office staff. The fact of the matter is, these people are stuck there for a whole year, why risk making things even worse? People need to be made aware of the problems that current and past tenants face, because the management certainly isn't going to tell them. So what if the complex is 30 years old, if that's the case than they have no right to charge close to 1000 dollars a month to live there. That's an awful excuse for poor maintenance, and NO excuse for poor service. Please don't act like you are too good for message boards, because here you are, posting just like the rest of us. Maybe you should get a life as well. Or get back to work as the case may be.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion whether bad or good, doesnt change the fact that one person's "bad" experience will happen to the next..... Freedom of speech doesn't give anyone the right to maliciously put down another or take away the fact that you need to be grown up and mature about the sitituation.... I have seen the maintaince and they do the best that they can there are quite a few apartments here to take care of.... so if they are behind I dont blame the office or poor managing skills.... the rent here is reasonable, it's Clifton Park so it's going to be a little bit more than oh i dont know say the middle of nowhere.... Let's go to your job and see how well you perform and what others think of you... bet they think the same way you feel about Robin..... Needless to say this is a good site to get a few laughs out of but not a good way to see if you want to live here.... All apartments are going to have thier issues... We dont live in that perfect little world.... and furthormore no matter what you do for the type of people that complain they will only have another complaint...

It seems that the second poster has some personal issues with the manager. I have lived here for 2 years and though there are issues (like every other place) it is not that bad at all. Do not base whether or not you are going to live on somebodies personal anger toward Robin. I am happy here and have not a problem with Robin, but am getting sick and tired with another office staff and her condescending attitude. Overall the place is decent, a bit overpriced (like most places in the Capital Region, compared to other regions in the state where I have lived).
