Fox Run formerly Foxwood Apartments
AVERAGE RATING

Fox Run is alright as apartments go. No crime to speak of, no major bug infestations, fairly quiet at least inside the apartments. I will second the complaint about the terrible water. It's pretty hard to look professional when your clothes are covered in hard water stains and that's if you were lucky enough to be able to find a working washer/dryer combo in the swampland they refer to as the laundry room. The lovely pond photos are pretty much a farce. I took my dog out to play there the other day and sat down by the pond...right next to a used condom. Most annoying is their inability to fix major issues. We have called repeatedly about our air/heating and the problem is usually "rigged" to work temporarily (i.e. ripping out the breaker), but inevitably breaks down again within a month or so. I'm editing this to no longer recommend Fox Run as the new management seems incapable of understanding that not having air conditioning for 8 months in an already overpriced apartment is ridiculous

You obviously haven't been here long enough. Believe it or not, this place will get progressively worse and worse. Nowhere close to worth $1000 a month, maybe $600. The new manager is a &*^%$.
