First of all Foxrun is in a plesant neighborhood and a fairly nice place to live however I have to say that Solomon the organization that ownes foxrun are a bunch of crooks!Every yr it seems rent keeps getting higher and higher along w/the late fees theres a 50.00 late fee then they also charge you another 75.00 fee they call a 3 day notice which is a new fee they tacked on.125.00 I think is pretty excessive!It's no wonder why the economy is doing so bad when people can barely afford to live.I guess that means I better give up eating.SOLOMON is robbing people!!Management over there is constantly changing Robin left now were all forced to deal w/this new crab ass lady who's now the new property manager what a joke.I've had to call maintenance to come over to fix the same problems multiple times because they can't seem to get it right the first 2 times. They obviously get paid to HALF-ASS things!The bugs are horrible it's like living in jurrasic park.Oh yeah and did I mention the family of squirrels running around in the ceilings'Foxrun is real quick to chrge all kinds of fees if god forbid you pay rent on the 2nd or 3rd but they take there time to get things done right.I'll be sure NOT to renew my lease and let everyone know what -------- Foxrun is along w/solomon apt mgnt!By they way I hope any new renters don't have allergies because MOLD is a big problem for Foxrun! It's everywhere!And it's just left there.

If you are so bent out of shape about the late fees, try acting like an adult and paying you bills on time! For responsible people, that would not be a reason to stay away from a particular apartment.
