Prospective Tenant who won't rent after walkthrough

Myself and my husband had gone to look at this property with very high hopes that it would be wonderful and how disappointed we left. The lady who showed us the property was so rude she actually complained about being busy and not wanting to walk us through Right In Front Of Us!The layout was a joke the den was too small to fit a desk in. The other rooms are far smaller then they advertise. The kitchen is so narrow my husband couldn't even walk straight in he had to slide in sideways. The apartment she showed us had a moldy wall in the closet and the closet space is consumed by the water heaters. The kitchen appliances were ancient and the cabinets were so old they were falling apart. She didn't even show us the laundry facilities. Also, in what planet does it seem like a good idea to mount the towel rack right above the toilet. If you have allergies don't even view it the carpets are dirty, there's mold, and the porches on the wooded side are covered in mildew. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb

I acutually live in this complex now. Everythng looks very nice, but it's really kinda of a disappointment. The rent is pretty high for what it is and the Den is pretty small. We don't really even use it for anything because there's not much room for anything significant to fit in there. Also the comment about the water heater in the closet is dead on, the water heater literally takes up half of the closet on one side, and this is a problem for 2 people sharing the same closet. Also, we live in a refurbished Apt so everything is brand new, but they threw everything together in a hurry and stuff is constantly breaking. our kitcken counter actually started to fall off a few months into our lease. I guess on a positive note, it feels like a pretty safe atmosphere. Bring your bug spray for the warmer month because the mosquitoes are terrible.
