I live in this complex now. It is somewhat of a disappointment. the positve thing that i do have to say is that it does feel like a pretty safe atmospehre and we haven't have much problems with noise. having said this however, the rent is high for what we have, and although we have new appliances, carpet and windows, whoever they hired to install the new stuff did a shotty job. our kitchen counter actually started to fall of after a few months and the windows leak due to incorrect installation. Also, most of our door knobs are currently loose or are falling off. the maintanance staff sucks too so good luck getting anything fixed. Plus there are washers/ dryers on site, but they have this crappy system of a laundry card that you put money on, and it is 1.30 to wash or dry so you end up with odd amounts of un-usealbe change on the card. overall i would say to keep looking
