I have lived here two years and finally am able to get out! The ONLY good thing about this place is that they allow pets, with a large non-refundable deposit and extra monthly rent. If they didnt allow pets, I guarantee nobody would ever live here. The walls are paper thin, you hear everthing. I had a huge problem with my upstairs neighbors multiple dogs/cats racing around the apartment at 5 am every morning. When I complained, management did absolutely nothing. I had to write three official complaints before they even sent a notice to the tenant, which did nothing. There is dog poop everywhere, do not walk on the grass. The only landscaping they do is what you can see when you pull in, and of course around their office. If you dont live on the main strip, haha forget it. The staff does absolutely nothing besides smoke cigarettes on the pool balcony. Parking is a nightmare, I have to park three buildings over every night even though my lease clearly states I should have four spots. Once you sign the lease, they could care less about you. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT LIVE HERE. I mean, if you dont believe me just read the reviews!
