While my apartment at Hollandale is beautiful and spacious I am looking to move as soon as the lease is out. Cats are allowed and I assumed that meant that they had to stay within the apt. of their owners however cats roam freely in my building and urinate in the hallway. They also sleep in the clothes dryers in the basement. Despite several complaints to the staff nothing has been done to resolve this health issue. Electric bill is always between $140-$160. for two people even though I was told that it wouldn't be more then $90. I have a bath tub that I cant use b/c it doesnt hold water and maintenece can't seem to fix it. The toilet over flows once a week and garbage disposal never works. Also rent went up $40.00 in one years and was already expensive to begin with.
