These apartments promise a lot more than they deliver. The rent is outrageous for what you get. Insulation is virtually nonexistent between floors - you can hear people above you walking all the time. The exterior door has been broken twice in a year and it took weeks to be fixed. The plumbing is extremely loud and the toilets plug all the time. I would highly recommend that you look elsewhere if you are new to the area and like peace and quiet. This place reminds me more of a dormitory than a home and will be leaving as soon as my lease is up.
