The maintenance crew and office staff at Hollandale Apartments are exceptional. Every maintenance request I submitted was acted upon immediately, and every complaint I had was taken seriously.

The Hollandale complex , however, does have one serious flaw - its basement apartments. They are continuously filled with bugs, have a disgusting odor, and suffer from an inordinate dampness. What is more, their dim lighting and worn-out carpets contribute to their overall disgusting atmosphere.

If you are a cheerful person, or desire to have a nice place to come home to after a stressful day at work, do not sign a lease for a basement apartment at Hollandale. Look elsewhere, or wait until they have an above ground apartment available.
