green, nice but not well maintained

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
 
The environment and the location is great.. you can reach mall, cinema, shopping centers couple of restaurants, YMCA, library by walking..
It's silent and natural...
The rents are quite high..
WHen you want to change the old cabinet or something like that, they always find reason not to change it.. without thinking customer satisfaction...
