I lived here with my ailing mother about 4 years ago. They allow pets which is great. Maintenance was always performed in a timely manner. Intercom system is very convenient. Staff was very courteous to my mother's needs. When she became sicker, they installed a handicapped parking sign for her, and when she was no longer working, they helped us try to locate a cheaper, ground level apartment within the complex. Every month they distributed a flyer of all of the happenings within the development, i.e. births, marriages, new tenants. They had balcony flower decoration contests in the spring, and were simply very involved in the happiness of their tenants. When my mother passed away, they gave us as much time as we needed to clean her apartment and helped with anything we couldn't manage. I was very impressed with them, and would definitely recommend them to any families that have small children or older adults looking for a retirement community. The grounds are beautiful and well kept too!! They pride themselves on a quiet serene environment, so if you prefer the city life, this probably isn't for you.
