Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
We were happy with the size of our apartment, but it was a bit overpriced. Ice/snow removal on steps in the winter was a bit slow; leaving for work at 7am, steps were not usually cleaned. We were looking to buy a house in the area and were allowed out of our lease when we showed the paperwork.
