I sm retired and have lived at Hollandale for almost ten years. My son told me to check out this site to see how my home stacked up. I was disappointed to read that someone wrote that they charge for water. The do not, in the whole ten years I have lived here I have never paid for water or sewer or garbage as do some of the other complexes in the area.

I find the office staff always friendly and willing to help. Maintenance responds quickly.

I plan to live here for the rest of my life and have reccommended this place to many of my firends.
