I have been living in Hollandale for the last 10 months, and have loved every moment.
Layout and floor plan is extremly good. They did a wonderful job in summer and spring with the lawns and landscaping, and even better job in winter.
Though I had a bit of problem with the old doors and water pipes, you can hear you neighbours take a shower or flush, but the community as such is peaceful.
Would miss living here
