I have lived at Hollandale for over 20 years. It is a quiet and serene community in which tenants can feel safe and secure because of the security locks on each building. The grounds are kept up beautifully with a park-like feel with a lake stocked for the season and a small playground for the children. Also, the mail is delivered in locked boxes in the hallway of each building which is a nice feature. My apartment is currently being remodeled and the upgrades are fantastic. The management/office staff are always courteous and pleasant. Any questions/concerns are addressed immediately and always to my satisfaction.
