Ihave been a tenant at Hollandale for over 6 years. In that time I have rented 5 different apartments, all of them immaculately maintained and a joy to reside in. I have had the option to buy a house or rent elsewhere on several occasions but have CHOSEN to stay at Hollandale. Upon seeing my latest apartment, many friends and family members were quite envious of my view and the peacefulness of the location. The grounds are always meticulously kept and the staff, many of whom know me by name, are always accomodating and friendly. It was with great dismay that I read the unflattering reviews about my home. It is unfortunate that a negative exchange with a neighbor happened, but I truly think it is unfair to point fingers at the staff who were not witness to this event. Further, I know for a fact that Hollandale DOES check background and references, to imply otherwise is simply not true. Hollandale is a wonderful place to live, be it temporary or long term. I work hard and it;s important to me to enjoy my home after a long days work. If you are a prospective tenant you would be hard pressed to find a better community than this one. Linda, Lois, Paula, and Heather have all been incredible to me even while trying to find me the perfect apartment. The maintenace staff are prompt and professional and I appreciate all that they do. I LOVE living here!!

Couldn't agree with you more! Have been a resident for almost 5 years in the same apartment. All problems I have had (and there have been very few) were taken care of promptly, courteously and to my total satisfaction. Truly a great place to live.
