I signed a renewal on my lease and now I am concerned. I have watched over the past 4 or 5 months the people moving in ...OMG! Lets see we had the stripper and the crazed dude that I old enough to be her Dad, the Rapper Dude that loves to hang outside with his music blasting. The guys in the cars yelling and screaming (drunk) as they drive out of her only to return at 3 in the morning.

THEN, get this this my new neighbor "sweet young lady"... is miss Clifton Parks latest partier and I think "advertises" her services out of the Holldandale Apt.. 3 in the morning taking in strangers... they stay for not more then an hour... great for my family (Girls dont look). Drunks, trash, strangers, parking problems (park in handicap) double park, park behind my car...)

"Rent price per month $ question... Too much for what's happening here!"
Safety question... I getting concerned. I dont want strangers coming and going that do not belong here! Before we know it our vehicles will be broken into if not our apartments.
I like the staff the Ladies are good people, the Maintance staff- are good people. I enjoy their company.
I recomend Hollandale to Professional, Nice Individuals or Families, NO PARTIERS NO ADULTS that act like KIDS (I mean 19, 20,..etc that just want to party)

Did you alert the management of the problem? I once had a loud "redneck" kid and his equally "redneck" dad play NASCAR in the parking lot and I complained several times and finally one of the maintenace men (a large man if I remember correctly) told them off or threatened or something but they stopped. They had lots of questionable "traffic" too with people coming and going and staying for about 10 minutes.... That is the trouble with renting - you can't choose your neighbors. And if management "discriminates" they get slammed by the idiot ACLU lawyers. Oh, well... You can always call the Sheriff - they might do something. I am new to the area so I am not sure what if anything they can do. I know where I came from (down south) if you called the police, they took you seriously.

I have lived here for many years and take exception to some of your remarks. If you are a long time resident as you claim, you know the grounds are well kept up all year long, there is no trash. I try to walk twice a day and I have never seen any drunks or loud people. You seem to have a label for everyone but what would your neighbors label you? Get real even million dollar estates have people with issues, but for a place this size what I have seen is minimal, if it was so bad you would not have been here the number of years you say you have or just resigned a renewal, give credit where credit is due. Sounds like you have sour grapes over something, but as you, yourself stated the staff is wonderful and lets be honest, do you think its easy dealing with this many people, get real we all have our days where we are annoying, like I said give credit where credit is due. The maintenance is 24 hr. not our perpetual care, if you truly see something wrong as the above poster stated call the police, but watch the news, that goes on in every city, every state, every neighborhood. oh, and as you stated this is not the cheapest complex in town, how many 19,20's do you think there are, like I said hope you get over your sour grapes

I have yet to see any of this as well. I have been here 2 years and am moving shortly due to other circumstances. The staff would take a compliant like that very seriously. You are going to get your now and then bad neighbors anywhere.

I am considering moving to Hollandale and upon reading your "complaints" I am wondering if the apartment between the stripper and the girl who takes walk-ins might be available. Small price to pay for such convenient entertainment. Just to point out that one man's trash is another man's treasure. Please advise.
