My wife and I have been at Hollandale for 2 1/2 yaers. We have found that the office and maintenance personelle to very professional and responsive. Maintenance is handled so quickly that it is surprising. They run this apartment like a well run business, you get what you pay for. They are not the cheapest but the best place around. The section that we were in was very quiet and had a great view of the lake. The neighbors were just a pleasure to be around. There was some community parties sometimes and we got to meet the newest tennants. We would definetly recommend this place.
